5/13 Bulletin

Good morning, today is Thursday May 13, 2021


  • There will be a job fair at Veranda Beach May 15th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. They have multiple full and part time summer positions available.

  • Okanogan County Child Development Association is recruiting paid summer interns, a great opportunity for high school juniors or seniors or college students interested in learning all aspects of the Early Childhood Development field.

  • Cheerleading Tryouts for Football and Basketball 2021-22 will begin June 1st.  Practices will be June 1-4 from 3:00-4:00 pm, and tryouts will be Monday June 7th at 3pm in the gym.  Please sign up in the office if you are interested in trying out for next year!  

  • Applications for Executive ASB are in the office. Deadline is May 20th

  • Running now through May 21st, the Sophomore class will be having a Pie in the Face contest/fundraiser. There will be a can in each participating staff member's room where you can add money to the can of the person that you want to receive a Pie in the Face. The staff member with the most money will be the one on May 21st to receive the Pie in the Face during HS lunch.

  • All wrestlers need to be sure to turn in their COVID test consent forms to Mrs. Allie before Monday May 17th.

Good morning, today is Tuesday May 11, 2021


  • Attention Wrestlers who are NOT involved with Spring Sports. Pre-season conditioning will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 3:15-4 PM in the Weight Room up until actual Wrestling practices start on May 17.

  • There will be a job fair at Veranda Beach May 15th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. They have multiple full and part time summer positions available.

  • Oroville Middle-High School is going to publish a literary arts magazine to showcase student talent in writing, drawing, musical notation, and visual arts. We are looking for student work to include in this - it needs to be final, ready to publish work, with your name and the title of the piece included. We are also looking for a name and cover art for this new publication. If you have a name suggestion, please get it to Ms. Morales, Ms. Willey, Ms. Yaun, Ms. Shroeter, or Mrs. Coolidge. You can submit a piece for cover art to these teachers as well.

The NCESD and WSDOT have partnered together in hosting a Virtual Information Session about their "High School to Highways" program today at 2pm! Please see Mrs. Peterson for more information.

  • There will be coronation practice tonight at 6:30 at Veterans Memorial Park. This will be for all class royalty and escorts.

  • The 2021 OSF scholarship application is available online. The application deadline is May 1.

  • Today is the last day to pre-order yearbooks. Starting Monday the price will go up to $45.
